Slipstream
Running directly behind an opponent grants the slipstream effect, increasing speed!
Fever
Consume stamina to gain a speed boost and quickly overcome obstacles. Activate fever state at just the right time for an even bigger boost!
Skills
Each character has a skill that gives them a boost or puts others behind!
Shooting
Hold the shoot button to display a fluctuating gauge, then release when it's full for an increased chance of success!
Special Balls
Special balls guarantee a basket if you can keep possession of them for long enough!
Bonus Balls
Bonus balls grant double points. Score multiple baskets at once with one of these to really rack in the points!
Blocking
When an opponent makes a shot, jump in the way to block it!
Special Shots
Hold the throw button to charge and throw a special shot. Specials thrown in midair differ from those thrown while on the ground.
Charging Ultimate Shots
Hold the charge button to build up your ultimate gauge, and unleash an ultimate shot once your gauge is fully charged. A well-timed ultimate can solidify your victory or bust open the way for a huge comeback!
Catching
Time your button press to an incoming throw. Catching a ball with perfect timing will charge your ultimate gauge!
Special Balls
Some balls might even have special effects—increased damage, guaranteed special shots, and more!
Eater Skills & Server Skills
Both eaters and servers have skills that give them an edge in delivering or devouring dishes.
Breaking Combos
Serving a dish of a different color or letting food on the table run out resets your eater's speed!
Rainbow Dishes
Rainbow dishes go with any color, so use them to spice up your eater's menu without breaking your combo.
